Ocean Thunder is a proven, U.S.-built passenger vessel that just completed a comprehensive transformation from stem to stern—ready to go back to work on Day One. Launched in 1986 and operated on the East Coast before heading to Panama, she was shipped to Ensenada and sailed to Ventura for a new hydraulic bow thruster installation, then on to Monterey Bay where she underwent a full rebuild and modernization with oversight by a seasoned captain tending to every detail. The result is a robust, economical platform ideal for whale watching, coastal sightseeing, ferry service, private charters, and special-event cruises in a busy waterfront market.
